Why should I choose Warren's for my home decorating projects?
We have a professional staff with many years of experience in the selection, installation, use and care of the products we sell. We are committed to customer service and doing the job right from start to finish. Our expansive, well-organized and appealing showroom has the upscale look and feel of an expensive store, but you'll be pleasantly surprised when you see that our prices are more in line with the "big box" home centers.

How do I get started on a decorating project?
There are several ways you can begin:
  • Buy decorating magazines that feature room styles, furniture, and ideas that appeal to you. In a folder, save the pages that express your interests. Over time you will discover a common theme or approach in the pictures and articles you've selected.
     
  • Browse internet websites like HGTV.com, BHG.com, or Google terms like "home decorating ideas" to get ideas and photos. Print or save those you like.
     
  • Check out books on interior design and decorating from your local library. The Webster (NY) Public Library is across the street from us and has an extensive selection. Put sticky notes on pages showing rooms that you like and bring the book to our store.
     
  • Check out our Getting Started page.
     
  • Call Warren's to talk to one of our professional interior designers.

Do you charge for decorator services?
Warren's charges a nominal fee for in-home consultations by our interior designers. Please read our professional interior designers page for more information.
 

I'm a do-it-yourselfer. Can you still help me?
Absolutely! All of our products are available for self-installation, and we also sell many of the tools and supplies to go along with them for a successful project.
 

Are your products environmentally friendly?
There has been quite a revolution in paint, carpeting and other materials going into today's interior spaces. Yes, we offer many environmentally friendly products, such as low-VOC (volatile organic compounds) paint, carpets made of recycled plastic bottles, and hardwood flooring that uses significantly less harvested wood.
